ATTO-Conjugated Antibodies: These antibodies can be used in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) with same species antibodies.

Direct immuno-fluorescence

Guinea Pig-Raised Antibodies: Antibodies raised in guinea pig can be used with any non-guinea pig second species antibodies (e.g. antibodies raised in mouse, rabbit, goat, etc.) in complex immunostaining or immunoprecipitation protocols. Our line of guinea pig raised antibodies can be combined with any of our rabbit-raised or ATTO-conjugated antibodies in complex immunostaining protocols.

Alomone Labs is pleased to offer a list of products which are highly recommended to use in LCI. What is LCI? Live Cell Imaging enables you to observe your cell of interests in its living state (such as immunocytochemistry) using Alomone Labs antibodies which are directed against an extracellular epitope. Also, some of these antibodies are available conjugated to a fluorescent dye (ATTO label). This saves you the extra step of using a conjugated secondary antibody. For the ion channel community, we offer a number of toxins labeled with ATTO fluorescent dyes, an ideal tool to label cells expressing a channel of interest. These labeled toxins are also as active as the non-labeled ones. Look for LCI in the application tab!
