Custom Services
Sometimes what you need isn’t in the catalog. Our custom services – including antibody and toxin conjugation, bulk ordering, and lot reservation –deliver the exact format, label, and quantity you need, without changing suppliers or validation standards.

Custom Services
Need more than the standard quantities of our products? Bulk discounts are available for larger orders, and vials can be ordered in volumes better suited to your experimental needs. If our products produced good results in your experiments, you can also reserve a specific lot to help ensure consistent performance and more successful future experiments.
Customizable
Custom antibody and toxin conjugation to fluorophores, enzymes, or biotin, tailored to your specific assay and experimental design.
Conjugation Ready
Well-characterized antibodies and toxins optimized for conjugation while preserving binding specificity, biological activity, and detection performance.
Broadly Compatibility
Suitable for immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, immunoassays, and multiplex detection workflows using directly labeled reagents.
Consistent Quality
Controlled production, bulk ordering, and lot reservation options ensure long-term consistency and reproducibility across experiments.

Uses & Applications
Our custom conjugation services support antibody- and toxin-based detection across a wide range of research applications, enabling direct, sensitive, and reproducible results. These conjugated reagents are optimized for direct detection and multiplex assay design.

Immunofluorescence (IF, ICC, IHC)
Conjugated reagents enable low-background immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry without secondary antibodies.

Western Blot & Blot-Based Assays
Enzyme- or biotin-conjugated primary antibodies enable direct, consistent detection in western blot and blot-based assays.

ELISA
Enzyme- or biotin-conjugated antibodies support sensitive and reproducible ELISA-based detection.

Multiplex Immunodetection
Simultaneous multi-target detection using spectrally distinct fluorophore, enzyme, or biotin conjugation for multiplex assays.

Flow Cytometry & Imaging Flow Cytometry
Custom-labeled antibodies support flow cytometry panel design and robust multiplex analysis of surface and intracellular markers.

Pull-Down & Capture Assays
Biotin-conjugated antibodies and toxins support streptavidin-based pull-down and protein interaction studies.

In Vivo
Custom conjugation allows tailored labeling for selected in vivo studies, improving consistency and signal quality.

Tissue Clearing
Optimized labeling strategies for tissue clearing, improving signal penetration and image clarity.
Costum Conjugation
We offer custom antibody and toxin conjugation services to fluorophores, enzymes, or biotin for direct detection in immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, and related assays. Directly conjugated reagents simplify workflows, reduce variability from secondary antibodies, and enable robust multiplex detection.
Available conjugation options include common fluorophores such as FITC, R-PE, APC, mFluor™ Violet 450, iFluor® 800, and ATTO dyes (488–647 nm). Non-fluorescent options include horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase, and biotin conjugation for colorimetric, chemiluminescent, and pull-down applications.
Service Notes
Minimum order: 4 × 50 µl.
Rabbit IgG isotype controls can be fluorescently labeled for your application.
Fluorophore and biotin conjugation is available for antibodies and toxins; enzyme conjugation is available for antibodies only.

If you can’t find the answer, please contact us.
-
Quality control is routinely performed on the unconjugated antibody using Western blot (WB) to verify specificity and performance. If validation of the conjugated product is required, it can be performed upon request for an additional fee.
-
Yes. The Degree of Labeling (DOL) value can be provided when this information is available for the specific conjugated product.
-
To assist with experimental design and fluorophore selection, you can use the following tools:
- Panel Builder – to help design optimized multi-color panels.
- Spectra Viewer – to visualize fluorophore excitation and emission spectra.
